Eastern Trail in Maine Nears Completion With Bridge Over Maine Turnpike

An Eastern Trail bridge built over the Maine Turnpike in Kennebunk, Maine was officially opened recently - allowing walkers, hikers, and bikers to use the off-road trail. The Eastern Trail, once its 65-mile stretch is completed, will eventually transit Kittery to Casco Bay.  Read more about the bridge completion in "Eastern Trail gap bridged", The Portland Press Herald, September 29, 2011.
