Northeast Penjajawoc Trails - Bangor, Maine

Maine citizens continue to come together to develop and maintain new trails for recreational use; whether it be for hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, or snowmobiling.  One more example of this are the Northeast Penjajawoc Trails located near Bangor, Maine.  The Bangor Land Trust, Land for Maine's Future, Caribou bog-Penjajawoc Lands Committee, and the Maine Conservation Corps are key players for this recreational area.  You can find out more about this walking trail system on the land trust website at http://www.bangorlandtrust.org/.
