Maine Civil War Monument in Bath, Maine

The city of Bath, Maine offers the visitor a lot of attractions.  There is the Bath Iron Works -  a huge shipyard that builds ships for the U.S. Navy, a maritime museum, picturesque downtown, shops, restaurants, and pleasant views.  Like many New England towns it also has its Civil War Momument.  This monument can be found in the Oak Grove Cemetery in bath.  It was erected in 1896.  Click here to view some photographs of the monument.
