Smelt Recipe for Ice Fishing Folks

The Boston Herald has published an article describing the smelt dish that a restaurant in Cambridge, Massachusetts serves. The restaurant catches the fish in Maine on weekends and serves it during the week. Read "T.W.'s fish is so tasty it'll smelt in your mouth".
